Why did you want to come to France, and why Paris in particular?

I wanted to come to France to learn about a new part of the world, in addition to seeing if this was a place I could potentially live in one day.

Paris has such a rich history and I love the variety of cultures here. And it didn’t take me too long to adjust to life in Paris, it felt like home right away.

Why did you want to study French?

I started studying French because I needed a foreign language for my major, but quickly fell in love with the language and went beyond the required classes.

Why did you choose this program?

I chose this program because it seemed like the best way to improve my French while being able to explore the city.

What has been your favorite part of the program so far?

My favorite part of the program was getting to meet and have classes with students from all over the world.

Any advice for others who are looking to study in Paris?

If I had one piece of advice for others looking to study in Paris, I would tell them to be open to new experiences. Almost all of my favorite memories were from experiences I was nervous about trying, but turned out to be incredible.
